Adnan Siddiqui, the host of Pakistan’s popular reality show Tamasha, will announce the full list of contestants for season five today (Saturday) at 9pm on ARY Digital. He shared the news on Instagram, saying the wait is finally over.
In his post, Siddiqui poked fun at the rumours flying around social media. He said YouTubers, bloggers, podcasters, and self-styled “Tamasha intelligence agencies” had been confidently naming contestants for weeks, some seemingly before the show’s own team knew. He added that tonight, the guessing game finally ends.

The actor said he was heading to the studio, where the show’s new set will be revealed to the press. Shooting will begin the following day, on Sunday, with the new group of participants moving into the house.
Earlier this week, Siddiqui shared a photo from the updated set featuring past winners from all four previous seasons, alongside ARY Digital’s CEO, marking the start of a new chapter for the franchise.
For those unfamiliar with the format, Tamasha is Pakistan’s version of the international reality show concept made famous by the Dutch series Big Brother. A group of strangers lives together in a house, cut off from the outside world, and competes through tasks and public votes to avoid elimination. The last person standing wins a large cash prize, last season’s winner took home close to Rs 2.5 million.
With season five’s cast reveal happening tonight, fans are eager to see who made the final cut.
