Spotify has picked Pakistani singer-songwriter HAVI as its RADAR Pakistan artist for the third quarter of 2026. This makes him the latest rising musician to be part of the streaming platform’s global programme for developing new artists.
HAVI, whose real name is Abdur Rahman Sajid, has built a name for himself with emotional songs and strong storytelling. Spotify says his audience on the platform has grown by more than 335% over the past year, showing his rising popularity both at home and abroad.
A few songs have played a big part in this growth. Tracks like “Andaz E Karam,” “Na Milay,” and “Farz” have helped boost his numbers, with Spotify reporting his streams have gone up by more than 200% in the same period. His songs have also found their way into over 200,000 playlists made by listeners, showing just how much people are connecting with his music.
His fanbase isn’t limited to Pakistan either. According to Spotify, HAVI’s music has found listeners in Bangladesh, the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, and the United Arab Emirates.
As part of being chosen for RADAR Pakistan, Spotify will create a mini-documentary about HAVI, covering his journey as a musician, his influences, and how he creates his music. The programme is designed to give emerging artists greater exposure through editorial support and original content.
This selection adds HAVI to a growing list of Pakistani artists who have used Spotify’s RADAR programme to reach new audiences and grow their careers on a bigger stage.
