A fresh spat has broken out between actress Nadia Afgan and YouTuber Ducky Bhai after she openly criticised him during a television appearance, and he hit back by accusing her of double standards.
Speaking on Nida Yasir’s morning show, Nadia Afgan was asked about Ducky Bhai, real name Saad-ur-Rehman. She said she preferred not to comment much on him, describing him as a controversial figure known for using inappropriate language. She also questioned how he had managed to build such a massive online following, making clear she did not approve of his public image.
Her comments quickly spread online given Ducky Bhai’s huge fan base as one of Pakistan’s most-followed YouTubers. He did not stay quiet for long, responding on Instagram by accusing Nadia Afgan of double standards. He pointed out that she has openly supported contestants from the reality show Tamasha, including members of the Hey Fam cast, despite them also facing criticism at times, while singling him out as controversial. He argued that if she considers him unfit for his following, the same standard should apply to those she backs.
Neither side has commented further since the initial exchange. The back-and-forth has sparked debate among fans online, with some siding with Nadia Afgan’s concerns and others agreeing that Ducky Bhai has a fair point about inconsistency.
