Naagin is one of India’s most popular supernatural drama franchises, and its seventh season, starring Priyanka Chahar Choudhary, has been making headlines, but not always for the right reasons.
In a recent episode, raw footage appeared during an important scene featuring Priyanka Chahar Choudhary. It was a forest scene that required VFX effects, but for several seconds, the unfinished blue screen showed up on screen instead of the jungle background. Safety wires used during the action sequence were also clearly visible in the broadcast, making it obvious that post-production work had not been completed before the episode went live.
The clip spread quickly across social media, with fans expressing shock and amusement. One viewer commented, “No way this can’t be real,” while another joked that the show’s AI generation credits had run out.
This is not the first time Naagin 7 has faced such criticism. The show has been repeatedly trolled for its heavy reliance on AI-generated visuals and poor VFX quality throughout the season, with earlier dragon fight sequences also drawing widespread mockery.
The show debuted in December 2025 with high expectations but has struggled with TRP ratings in recent weeks, while rival drama Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi 2 continues to hold the top position on the charts.
Producer Ekta Kapoor eventually responded to the online storm with a cryptic social media comment, simply writing “Egggjactlyyyy,” leaving fans both amused and frustrated.
