Dr. Nabiha Khan’s first husband passed away years ago, and she has a son from her first marriage. In November 2025, she remarried her friend and colleague, Haris Khokhar.

Recently, Dr. Nabiha appeared on The Jawan Pakistan podcast, where she was asked about the one life decision she regrets the most. While she stopped short of naming the decision directly, her words left little to the imagination.

She said that she has made very few mistakes in life, but one particular mistake has caused her great suffering. She added that she will now follow her heart and deal with the consequences herself, a statement widely interpreted as a reference to her second marriage.

She also revealed, “The person you love makes you feel worthless,” adding that she considers it Allah’s special blessing that whenever someone behaves hypocritically with her, Allah exposes that person in front of her.
