Hania Amir Makes History as First Pakistani Actress on Forbes 30 Under 30 Asia List

Pakistani actress Hania Aamir has made history by becoming the first Pakistani female celebrity to appear on the prestigious Forbes 30 Under 30 Asia list. She was named on the 2026 edition of the list, recognised in the Entertainment and Sports category, alongside Pakistani filmmaker Saman Kamraan.

Born on February 12, 1997, in Rawalpindi, Hania began her career in 2016 with the comedy film Janaan, a role she landed as a university student on a whim. From there, she quickly became one of Pakistan’s most loved actresses, starring in hit dramas like Ishqiya, Mere Humsafar (2022), Kabhi Main Kabhi Tum (2024), and Meri Zindagi Hai Tu (2025). Her performance in Kabhi Main Kabhi Tum earned her the Lux Style Award for Best TV Actress.

Beyond drama, Hania crossed borders with her debut in the Indian Punjabi-language film Sardaar Ji 3 (2025), starring opposite Diljit Dosanjh, a rare achievement for a Pakistani actress.

Off-screen, her influence is just as remarkable. Forbes Asia confirmed she is the most followed Pakistani woman on Instagram, with around 20 million followers. She is also a major brand ambassador for several international and local brands.

The Forbes 30 Under 30 Asia list celebrates the most impactful young achievers across the continent. Hania’s inclusion is a proud moment for Pakistan’s entertainment industry and a sign of her growing global reach.
