Pakistani singer Bilal Saeed recently kicked off his very first solo concert tour, called the Misunderstood tour, on June 12. During a special moment in the show, he invited fellow singer Aima Baig on stage to perform their fan-favourite song Baari together.
Baari is a song that Bilal Saeed originally recorded with Momina Mustehsan, not Aima Baig. However, for this live performance, he invited Baig to take the stage with him, and the crowd responded with great excitement.
After the show, Aima Baig shared a clip from the performance on her Instagram, writing “Reminiscing our very own” and tagging Momina Mustehsan. The gesture was sweet and touching, reminding everyone of the original song and its creator.

The moment quickly sparked a wave of nostalgia online. Fans flooded the comments, wondering whether Momina Mustehsan had permanently stepped away from the music industry, and many expressed how deeply they missed her.
Aima Baig also praised Bilal Saeed in another Instagram story, calling him a “superstar” and saying it was a great night.

Momina Mustehsan has been largely absent from the music scene for some time. She did make a brief public appearance at the Pakistan Conference at Harvard University in April, where she joined a panel of actors, entrepreneurs, and politicians, giving fans a rare glimpse of her outside the spotlight.
The Baari performance served as a beautiful tribute to the original song while also reminding fans of Mustehsan’s long and noticeable silence in the industry.
