YouTuber Rajab Butt sent his ex-wife Emaan Fatima a defamation notice and a custody notice for their son on her birthday, Emaan has claimed.
The news came out in a vlog made by her brother, Aon Sheikh. In the video, the two are seen opening Emaan’s birthday gifts. While opening them, Emaan jokes that she got even more “lovely gifts”, a defamation notice and a notice about the custody of their son, Kivan. Rajab Butt has not said anything about these claims yet.
Rajab and Emaan got married in 2024, and their wedding became very popular online. But their marriage ran into problems after Aon accused Rajab of cheating on Emaan while she was pregnant. The couple’s son, Kivan Sultan, was born in September 2025.
Soon after, Rajab said on a podcast that he wanted to end the marriage. He then sent Emaan a divorce notice, which she posted on her Instagram, talking about how hard the situation had been for her and her son.
The couple’s separation has played out in public for months, with Aon often defending his sister online and clashing with Rajab. In July 2026, Aon said the two sides had made up. But Rajab denied this during a TikTok Live, saying the divorce was final. He said he would still take care of his son.
Rajab Butt is one of Pakistan’s biggest social media stars, with close to nine million YouTube subscribers. He has been part of several public disputes before, including a defamation case against a TikToker.
