Popular Pakistani television personalities Tauseeq Haider and Farah Saadia have shut down rumors claiming they secretly got married. The false story was spread by certain YouTube channels looking to attract views through sensational content.
In a light-hearted video shared on social media, both actors addressed the rumors with humor. Tauseeq Haider and Farah Saadia dismissed social media rumours claiming they had secretly tied the knot, describing the reports as false and baseless. Tauseeq joked that he woke up one day to find out he was already married, and even praised the AI-generated wedding picture that had been circulating online, saying it made him look like a handsome groom.

Poking fun at the situation, the duo suggested that if certain channels have already “married” them online and earned money from the story, they should at least send a share of the earnings as a wedding gift. Tauseeq jokingly called it a fair business deal, since the channels were profiting from their names.
However, both actors also stressed a serious point. Farah Saadia said she was surprised when she first came across the rumours, adding that those spreading false stories were benefiting from misleading content at the expense of others. She added that such rumors affect their families, children, and parents, and urged content creators to act more responsibly instead of chasing views through fake news.
Despite the seriousness of misinformation, both admitted the whole episode gave them a good laugh and confirmed they remain close friends, nothing more.
