FIFA has released a new official song for the 2026 World Cup titled Illuminate, featuring Palestinian-Chilean singer Elyanna alongside Canadian singer-songwriter Jessie Reyez.
The song blends alternative R&B, Arabic melodies, and global pop influences, built around themes of identity, unity, and resilience. It was produced by Grammy-winning producer Cirkut.
“Illuminate” is the fourth release from the Official FIFA World Cup 2026 album, joining earlier tracks from Jelly Roll and Carin León, Los Ángeles Azules and Belinda, and Daddy Yankee and Shenseea.

Elyanna is the only Middle Eastern artist featured on the World Cup soundtrack, making her inclusion a significant moment for Arab music on the global stage.
Elyanna, 24, expressed pride in the achievement. “I am deeply proud to represent my culture, my country, and the Middle East, North Africa, and the Arab world on such a global stage,” she said.
Elyanna first gained worldwide attention in 2023 when she became the first artist to perform a full set in Arabic at the Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival. She later collaborated with Coldplay on the single “We Pray” and joined the band on their worldwide tour.
She is scheduled to perform at the FIFA World Cup 2026 opening ceremony in Toronto, Canada, on June 12, alongside Alanis Morissette, Michael Bublé, and Alessia Cara.
The 2026 FIFA World Cup is set to run from June 11 to July 19 across the United States, Canada, and Mexico.
