Shahid Afridi, the former Pakistani cricket captain, has once again made his fans proud, but this time the achievement belongs to his daughter. Ajwa Afridi, his third daughter, has completed the memorization of the entire Holy Quran at the age of 19, a milestone that has brought joy to the whole family.
According to reports, Ajwa completed her Hifz through an online madrasa. The journey took approximately 2 years and 5 months, during which she dedicated herself to memorizing the Quran alongside her routine.
To celebrate this special achievement, Shahid Afridi, who had recently returned from the United States, organized a small ceremony at home. During the event, he personally rewarded the teacher who had guided Ajwa throughout her Hifz journey, showing his appreciation for the teacher’s efforts and support.
Shahid Afridi is known for being a loving and involved father to his five daughters. In an earlier interview, he had shared his feelings about not having a son, saying that although Allah did not bless him with one, he raised his daughters in a way that he never felt that absence.
