Sanam Jung Reveals Traffic Fine Troubles After Return from Abroad: “I Always Wear Seat Belt”

Popular Pakistani actress and TV host Sanam Jung has spoken openly about facing six traffic fines since coming back to Pakistan from abroad. In a recent interview, she said one fine was fair, but the other five were unfair. She was especially surprised by a seat belt violation because she always wears one carefully.

Sanam Jung, born on September 30, 1988, in Karachi, is well known for her work in Pakistani dramas. She started as a video jockey and became famous for roles in hit shows like Dil e Muztar, Mohabat Subh Ka Sitara Hai, Mere Humdum Mere Dost, and Alvida. She also hosted the popular morning show Jago Pakistan Jago on Hum TV for several years. Sanam married pilot Abdul Qassam Jafri in 2016 and has two daughters. The family lived in the US (Texas) for some time due to her husband’s job before she returned to Pakistan.

In Pakistan, traffic rules are getting stricter with e-challans and cameras. Fines for not wearing a seat belt usually range from Rs. 1,000 to Rs. 1,500 or more on motorways. Other common fines include overspeeding, mobile phone use while driving, and wrong parking. Many people complain about mistakes in these automatic fines, especially when cameras misread situations.

Sanam explained that while she accepts the one correct fine, the others felt wrong. She stressed how careful she is about safety rules like wearing a seat belt. Her story has started conversations online about traffic enforcement. Some fans support her and say cameras should be more accurate, while others remind everyone to follow rules for safety.

This is not the first time celebrities have faced such issues. Strict traffic campaigns aim to reduce road accidents, which are common in Pakistan. Sanam’s honest talk shows the challenges even careful drivers can face. She continues to balance her family life and career, and fans appreciate her staying real with the public.

Her experience highlights the need for fair and transparent traffic systems as Pakistan improves road safety. Many hope authorities will check complaints properly so honest people are not troubled. Sanam Jung remains a beloved star, and her fans are glad she is sharing her life openly.
