Bollywood actor Aamir Khan married his longtime partner Gauri Spratt in a private ceremony held on July 5. The wedding took place at Aamir Khan’s home in Bandra, Mumbai, according to Indian media reports.
The couple kept the event simple and private, choosing an intimate gathering over a big Bollywood-style wedding. Only close family members and a few selected relatives were invited to attend the celebration.
One thing that has caught everyone’s attention is Gauri Spratt’s wedding ring. The ring stands out because of its rare gemstone and detailed design work.
Reports say the ring was created by a luxury jewellery brand named Queen. The ring features a rare ruby sourced from Madagascar, which reportedly took nearly three months to find. The ruby was set into a gold design shaped like a crown, and it is surrounded by 40 natural diamonds, giving the ring an elegant and unique appearance.
The brand’s CEO, Amit Kumar, shared that making the ring was a huge effort. It took more than 256 hours of work, with around 131 skilled craftsmen involved in designing and putting the piece together.
