Former Tamasha contestant Zainab Raja has sparked a fresh wave of online discussion after making several allegations about ARY Digital’s reality show, claiming that audiences never saw the full story behind what happened on set.
Zainab posted an Instagram video announcing a “tell-all” session, saying she was finally ready to discuss things she had previously kept private. She brought up a moment from the show where host Badshah Salamat asked her if Tamasha was scripted, but the exchange was never aired in full. She claimed key parts of that conversation were cut before broadcast.

One of her biggest claims involved the host himself, played by actor Adnan Siddiqui. She alleged he was given a script before filming and guided through an earpiece, with directors telling him what to say during interactions with contestants. She further claimed some announcements heard inside the house were actually made by production staff, not Badshah Salamat, and later dubbed with his voice before episodes aired.
Zainab also raised doubts about the voting system, alleging the official app was buggy and that eliminations weren’t truly decided by public votes but by production choices, social media buzz, and online popularity. She pointed to contestant Rida’s elimination as an example.
She additionally claimed poor living conditions inside the house, including unwashed bedsheets for two months, lice among two female contestants, and staff entering at night after lights-out.
Her remarks have since gone viral, fueling debate about how scripted reality TV really is.
